As Principle of The Positive Approach Group, Mrs. Woodall directs all business operations and is the lead contact and designer for all major events contracted by the firm. During her career, she has produced special events and implemented strategic marketing strategies for national corporations, non-profit organizations, and top-level social clients such as Voice-Magazine for Women, The Blue Plum Festival, The Johnson City Senior's Foundation, Saratoga Technologies, Paramour Media, and Gilbert Advanced Asset Management.

In addition to staging events locally in the Tri-Cities, and Southwest Virginia markets, she has also staged and participated in coordinating events from Cabo San Lucas Mexico, to Las Vegas, Nevada. Brandi's expertise is in orchestrating "high-touch" events that require the maximum attention to detail for demanding clients at the highest levels of corporate, charitable, and social America.

On her rare days off, Brandi loves to spend time with her family, savor a great glass of wine, and in general enjoy the moments of her life!

In his role as Business Manager for The Positive Approach Group, Travis brings with him almost 15 years of product management and sales marketing. Additionally, he oversees day-to-day operations, staffing, and management for the crew and setup teams at VENUE at the King Centre and The Vault at Capones.

With a continual goal to grow the business, he looks for opportunities for expansion and target markets. Travis' background of Product Manager for the East Coast's largest flooring distributor prepared him for challenges in owning a business as well as setting the course for growth through implementing marketing strategies and building a strong business platform for The Positive Approach Group.

In addition to his role at The Positive Approach Group, Travis is quite the skilled and accomplished guitar builder. He owns and operates the Slackjack Guitar Company in Jonesborough, TN and builds cigar box guitars.

Samara is the Public Relations Manager at The Positive Approach Group. From needs assessment to developing strategies, she works with each of our corporate and marketing clients to select an approach that is best suited to their needs. Through employing a combination of media relations, social media strategies and community relations, she can detail a plan-of-action that works for each client.

Samara holds earned her bachelor's degree in journalism and in the spring of 2010, returned to East Tennessee State University in Johnson City, Tennessee to earn her Master of Professional Communication degree. She will graduate in December 2011 with a concentration in public relations and marketing.

Samara is a busy gal! In addition to working at the Positive Approach Group, she is also one of the founding members of the Young Professionals of the Tri-Cities. Serving as the organization's communications director, she manages their marketing and social media relations, as well as coordinating volunteers and committee involvement.

Zach is a graduate of East Tennessee State University with a degree in mass communication and a minor in psychology. Having lived in various areas of the United States he has made his home in Johnson City, Tennessee. In his role as Account Executive at The Positive Approach Group, he handles local accounts working on media relations, social media, and marketing for the company.

When not working on marketing strategies, and creating promotions for businesses and nonprofit organizations, Zach is an avid artist who owns and operates Ink Stains by Zach Whitley.
